A DeHart inspection is more than a glance from the driveway. We climb the roof. We check the attic. We take photos. You get a written report — whether you hire us or not.
The 5-step inspection
- Roof walk. We check the field, valleys, ridges, and all penetrations. Cracked shingles. Lifted flashing. Pipe boots near end-of-life.
- Attic look. We check the underside of the deck for staining, mold, or daylight. We look at insulation and ventilation paths.
- Gutter check. We look for granule loss, sagging, and missing downspout extensions.
- Photo documentation. Every concern gets a labeled photo. You see what we see.
- Written report + estimate. If repair or replacement is needed, you get a flat-rate quote. No surprise charges. No pressure.
If your roof is fine, we say so. We do not invent problems to sell work. Many homeowners call us back years later because we were honest the first time.
