How long does a roof replacement take in Stanislaus County?

We inspect the decking before we quote the job. If visible rot is evident at inspection, it is included in the written estimate. Can DeHart match my existing tile color?
Tile color matching depends on the original manufacturer and how long your current tile has been on the roof (color changes with UV exposure). Monier, Eagle, and US Tile are common in Stanislaus County neighborhoods. We identify the manufacturer and pull available current colors. What warranties do I get?
You receive two layers of warranty coverage. The manufacturer warranty covers the material (shingles, tile, or membrane) — up to 50 years for OC and GAF systems when installed by a certified contractor. The workmanship warranty covers our installation labor. Both are provided in writing at project completion. We register the manufacturer warranty on your behalf.

Homeowners insurance may cover replacement if the damage is caused by a covered peril — typically storm, hail, wind, or falling objects. Age-related wear is generally not covered.
